Job Description

Main Purpose

To be involved in areas of Club Travel Group Marketing and to primarily support our Corporate division with marketing functions, requests and campaigns - as well as other divisions in the group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily divisional operations
  • Marketing reports/analysis
  • Internal/External marketing communication 
  • Corporate Identity maintenance 
  • Social Media maintenance, content creation, reporting and drives
  • Blog content creation
  • Organisation of and participation in events/expos
  • Marketing drives/campaigns
  • Administration
  • Corporate Social Investment campaigns
  • Public Relations

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) and marketing experience
  • Outgoing & approachable with excellent service skills
  • Well-spoken/presented and articulate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about travel and people
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative & energetic
  • Content writing experience
  • Strong organisational/administrative skills
  • Self-motivated 
  • Able to work unsupervised and under pressure/deadlines
  • Must use initiative
  • Team player
  • Must be prepared to work extended hours and travel when necessary
  • Own transportation and driver’s license
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
