Job Description

Operations Manager will be responsible for manging Travel Managers and consultants with their dedicated portfolios. The individual is dedicated towards achieving profitability results. 100% staff & customer satisfaction.

Salary

Package R400 000 per annum plus bonuses

Required Qualifications

* 10 years travel consulting on senior level
* 10 years management experience in travel management company
* Must have Amadeus certification
* Must have quicktrav experience
* Must have solid stable employment track record- no job hopping
* Must be able to process refunds
* Must be able to process Adm's and Acm's
* Must have in depth knowledge of BSP
