Job Description

  • Invoicing of manual tickets, attach tickets and orders
  • Print automated tickets, attach tickets and orders
  • Ensure all tickets captured accurately
  • Ensure that invoices are checked for quality control purposes
  • Ensure that all tickets and invoices are send to the debtors department
  • Follow up on outstanding orders
  • Assist debtors with queries and the re-printing of invoices
  • Assist with refunds
  • Assist with reconciliation of differences
  • Assist with ADM’s and resolving differences on ADM’s
  • Balance HMPR – Check that all tickets are invoiced

Required Qualifications

  • Good computer skills
  • Quicktrav experience
  • 3 years + experience with BSP
  • Experience in the Travel industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Fast turnaround times and high volumes
