Job Description

Liaise extensively with direct travellers, agents and Operators and plan, design exceptional itineraries as per requirement and budget.

Handle all functions of the booking process from initial enquiry to post-trip closing off and manage the full reservations process for lodges and camps as per itinerary.

Required Qualifications

Sound understanding of all aspects of In-bound reservations into South/Southern Africa needed. Must have a creative flair and ability to design tailor-made itineraries for FIT bookings.

Computer literacy, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work under pressure essential. Must have at least three years experience in a similar role.
