Job Description

Boutique high end agency with sterling reputation  seeks services of an admin assistant to join our Rosebank Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office admin duties, answering of phones, as well as managing interaction and enquiry on our company facebook page and providing assistance to the marketing manager.

Requirements:
  • Firm understanding of the travel industry
  • Exceptionally well spoken with exemplary written skills and command of the English Language
  • Dynamic personality, go getter, and problem solver
  • Team player with positive outlook
  • Organised nature, ability to implement organisational procedures.
  • Brand ambassador for Priority Travel, highly presentable, suiting our brand in experience, client management and ethos of the brand as a high end “cut above the rest” business.

Salary

• Basic Salary (negotiable around market related) • Benefits including Company Laptop and 3G connection.

Required Qualifications

Day to day activities will include
  • Answering of Phones
  • Filing, copying and general admin duties
  • Monitoring and interacting with customers on our Facebook or other social media pages
  • Managing enquiry and input into reservation system
  • Assisting with other marketing duties and projects
  • Follow ups and report back to management

Johannesburg, Rosebank

General Details

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h00. 

Structure: The Admin Assistant will report to the Marketing Manager, who reports to the  General Manager.
