Job Description

Permanent (but part time  or contract work would be considered)

We require a competent Travel Consultant, who is well respected by clients and colleagues.
  • Must be flexible to cope with varied tasks as this is a small office.
  • Teamwork is necessary but must also be able to work independently.
  • Outstanding customer service is a must, ensuring the smooth running of all travel arrangements.
  • Must be able to organize all aspects of travel  and work well under pressure, handling any unforeseen problems
  • Good admin skills (with the ability to create and update records of clients).
  • Must be able to present, persuade and communicate effectively. 
  • Own transport preferable.
This is a non-smoking office.  We enjoy a good sense of humour!

Required Qualifications

Intermediate or Senior
  • 4 years work experience, with good travel knowledge 
  • Passionate about service excellence
  • Amadeus essential, Pastel is a plus. 
  • We handle the full spectrum of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, incoming/outgoing etc.) but can work to your strengths
  • Proficiency in English – spoken and written
  • Thorough attention to detail is  required
  • Good sales skills and customer oriented approach
  • Adaptable, creative, capable

 Office Hours 08h30 to 17h00 Monday to Friday.  Non-smoking office. Established since 1990.
