Job Description

Boutique high end agency requires the services of determined and ambitious team leader to motivate a team of senior consultants to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in growing both our corporate and leisure divisions with much scope for future growth within the organisation. 
 
Duties include:
  • Day to day consulting with customers both corporate and leisure
  • Managing inquiries, compliments and complaints
  • Managing office duties ensuring adherence to office policies
  • Managing a team of consultants 
  • Reporting to management on performance and general feedback

Salary

Market related basic (Negotiable to right consultant) + Quarterly incentives + Profit share + Petrol card + Cell phone allowance + Travel allowance

Required Qualifications

Requirements: 
  • At least 5 years travel experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to understand and motivate a team
  • Galileo Certificate
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Exceptional communication qualities

Location

Rosebank, Johannesburg

General Details

Office Hours:
  • 08h30 to 17h00 Monday to Friday
  • Emergency duty on roster system
