Job Description

Main Purpose

The main objective of this role is to assist the leisure department with all daily and monthly accounts functions.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Assisting the banking department with the following :

    • Receipting

    • Processing of various journals 

    • Preparation of payments

    • Visits to the bank (Cashing cheques and depositing cash )

    • Petty Cash

    • Processing of Speedpoints

    • Filing and editing in Papertrail

    • Credit card reconciliations

    • Credit card daily settlements and allocations

    • Assist with queries

    •  

       

  • Assisting the ITC Accounts department with the following

    • Processing of various journals

    • Allocation of various commissions

    • Assist with queries

    • Month end process

    • Filing and editing in Papertrail

    • Assist with queries

    • Allocations of accounts

       

  • Assist with Admin / Projects if needed anywhere in the team.

  • 1-2 years experience in banking/finance
