Job Description

A complex, specialised role, one of the main goals for the incumbent in this position will be to grow revenue and improve the yield of the business. Working closely with other teams within the Organisation, these goals will be achieved through the processes of analysis and reporting, yield management, forecasting and revenue management and technical improvement.

Required Qualifications

A unique opportunity for an individual with a high level of business acumen, technical data-analysis skills, ability to focus on detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Essential to this position is a person with relevant yield/revenue mangement experience in a Tour Operator, Lodge or Hotel environment, Tourplan knowledge and a high proficiency in MS Office. In addition, must have an in-depth understanding of business principles - yield and revenue maximisation - data and trend analysis skills and the ability to identify problem areas and provide solutions.
