Job Description

This role will provide support to the Finance and Ticket Centre Businesses through the delivery of exceptional services.  The role forms part of the Ticket Centre Finance Team and Ticket Centre Teams, reporting to the Product Air Team Leader and the Product Nation Financial Controller.

The role will be responsible for:

·         Processing monthly billings
·         Daily processing of refunds
·         Airline debtors follow ups
·         Ticketer and consultant queries
·         Build and maintain relationships with Ticket Centre, Leisure, Corporate and finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and that timely services and processes are provided
·         Ensure maximum efficiency by identifying, recommending improvements to systems and processes and on-training these processes to the relevant team leaders/area leader and Flight Centre teams
·         Assist in project implementation from time to time as required
·         Support, motivate and assist fellow team members
·         Daily directorships
