Job Description

  • Work from Pretoria – Waterkloof Heights.
  • To assit consultants in issuing tickets, insurance, exchange and any other travel related documentation.
  • Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
  • Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.

Required Qualifications

  •  National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 10+ years’ experience as consultant
  • Galileo (SmartPoint)
  • Customer-centric
  • Must have travelled extensively
  • Be able to handle all types of leisure queries
  • Good English business communication skills – written and verbal
  • Problem solving on your feet
  • Diplomacy
  • Work under pressure
  • Excel
  • You will need to be Galileo Compliant and Like the Idea of Writing your Own Pay Cheque
