Job Description

The Team member will perform a variety of tasks to support the
operational teams including invoicing, reconciliations and supplier refund applications. Team member will liaise with operational teams and external suppliers, liaising with them to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolving any relating queries.
The success of this role will be to fully live and promote the philosophies of the company. Timely and accurate invoicing of clients, and also working alongside Finance in reducing of the number of FCM aged ledger items.

Required Qualifications

Admin experience
Minimum of 12 months in an admin role or any other front end role

Excel
Intermediate Level

Communication
Strong oral and written communication & good interpersonal skills

Attention to Detail
Accurate, deadline driven and detail oriented

Time management
Flexible and able to balance multiple priorities

Location

General Details

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration in travel industry
  • 3 A Levels or equivalent Desirable
  • Excel Intermediate Desirable
  • Experience of Front End Systems Desirable
