Internal Auditor (Permanent) Gauteng- Finance

Job Description

The Retail Internal Auditor role is to mitigate Flight Centre’s risk and potential loss of profits and conducting regular in store audits to ensure Flight Centre Policies and Minimum Finance Procedures are implemented and followed. 

This will also incorporate reporting on Area risk exposure and working with the Area Leader to ensure this is reduced to an acceptable level. This will require the implementation of financial controls and training within the individual areas.

Working within a team, this role will allow the individual to gain experience working with other teams in finance. The front end consultants are the internal customers so proven great customer service is a key requirement.

The success of this role will be improving current processes and internal control enhancements to mitigate the risk, while meeting reporting deadlines in a timely manner. This will involve actively reviewing current procedures to ensure there is continuous improvement to the processes.
