Job Description

Ready for a change – work for South Africa’s favourite Leisure Travel Agency - Pentravel

If you are a driven, dynamic and self-motivated person, and you are an excellent visual and verbal communicator who understands what good customer service is then we are interested in you. HOWEVER, you must have at least 18 months career experience and you must have travelled internationally. It is not necessary to have a travel and tourism qualification or work experience to work for us. We just want super stars!

We don’t want you to send a CV (no CV’s please) we just want an email application letter from you answering the following 6 questions.

1. Where have you travelled to INTERNATIONALLY? If you haven’t please don’t apply.
2. What is your favorite travel destination and why? It must be a destination that you have visited.
3. Why are you interested in working in the travel industry?
4. Where do you work now and why do you want to leave to join Pentravel?
5. What is good customer service?
6. Have you created raving fans in a current or previous role – if yes how did you do this?
7. What is the secret of sales success and what sales success do you have?
