Amadeus Leisure Consultant (Permanent) Western Cape- Other

Job Description

Prepare and process quotes preferably in Amadeus, liaise with product developers and other key partners such as hotels, car rental airlines etc., regarding bookings and schedules. Advise clients on passports, travel insurance, care hire, transfers, accommodation and excursions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leisure consulting experience • Strong geography, destination and product knowledge • Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing • GDS proficient (preferably on Amadeus) • Sales focused with experience of working in a target driven environment • Own transportation and driver's license • Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passionate about travel and people • Computer literate with MS Office • Attention to detail • Ability to excel under pressure • Excellent organisational skills • Team player
