Job Description

  • Corporate Sales Invoicing – flights, accommodations etc.
  • Credit control – monitor the age analysis, process Iveri credit card batch payments and receipts, emailing of invoices and statements to account holders
  • Credit card recons for select clients
  • Month end car supplier recons
  • Various reporting to management at month end and statements for month end to clients

Required Qualifications

  • Galileo
  • Quicktrav
  • MS Excel, Outlook etc
  • A good understanding of invoicing and managing the debtors function including credit card reconciliation is required
