Job Description

The Corporate Technology Team is part of the Technology Services function and is responsible for the support, development, integration and strategic direction of business system across Flight Centre RSA.

 The role of the expert (retail, corporate, product) is responsible for documenting current business processes, systems and providing a conduit for software and system change, in addition to other technology related activities.

Working with the technical subject matter experts to develop specifications for both functional and non-function requirements to a standard expected and understood by the business stake holders. Providing workshops and performing general requirement gathering activities at the start and during the full lifecycle of the project. Other activities will include system specification authoring, test scripting, testing, analysis activities, sign off of integration activities and cross training additional resource in the support of these applications.

This role will primarily focus around the Service Delivery, Core Systems & Infrastructure domains but will have a strong collaboration with other areas of the business in particular Software Development.
