Job Description

Consulting to Top Coporate Clients. Leading a small team, while working closely with back office. Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Report to owner on a regular basis.
Business development acumen.  Discretion and awareness of confidentiality.  Capability to delegate, motivate and work in a team.  The ability to self-manage and self-motivate.  Travel consulting experience an advantage in the retail sector.  Quicktrav proficient.  A clear understanding of the full BSP function.  Fully proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Presentation skills.  Ability to inspire confidence and develop a rapport with staff and clients.  Ability to excel under pressure.  Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service and inter-personal skills.  Mature attitude.  Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.  Analytical problem solver.  An excellent command of written and spoken English.  Tender/RFP experience an advantage.  Own car and valid driver’s licence are essential.  Must be able to travel locally.

·         Matric

·         Travel Qualification

·         FULL working knowledge and a minimum of 6 years’ experience on Amadeus

·         Knowledge of QuickTrav

·         Travel Qualification Certificate and Amadeus

·         6 years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment

·         Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing.

·         Ability to accurately complete all reissues and Refunds

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Working knowledge of MS Office Applications

·         Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas

·         High accuracy, attention to detail and excellent service delivery

·         Ability to handle volume and pressure

·         Team Player

·         Good leadership skills

·         After hours emergency work expected
