Job Description

 

Provide a dedicated travel management service for your portfolio of clients with: 

§  Sales ability to influence and persuade clients

§  Ability to work towards targets and goals

§  Ability to work as part of a team and help others when needed

§  Understand the value of the customer and how to proactively deliver exceptional service.  The client is paramount.

§  Ability to listen to and interpret the clients requirements correctly. 

§  Read and understand fares and rates (rate codes) and their associated rules and conditions.  This applies to all air; land and 3rd parties products.

§  Organise and structure your day by prioritising and auctioning tasks

Required Qualifications

§  2 Years experience in a travel consultant position – Senior Level

§  Thorough and broad knowledge of published & private (negotiated) fare, both domestic and international. Amadues

§  Thorough and broad knowledge of domestic destinations.  A broad knowledge of regional; African and International destinations.
