Job Description

CLUB TRAVEL CORPORATE

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Corporate team issuing tickets for a corporate client on primarily Galileo whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand

Required Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calculation and Reissuing of tickets for the Travellinck account
  • Responsible for manual fare builds as well as auto pricing.
  • Ensure all ticketing documentation is in place before issuing.
  • Maintain Ticketing processes and procedures to ensure quick accurate delivery.
  • Working as a team with other colleagues.
  • Adhering to ticketing deadlineS

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 1 year ticketing experience
  • Proficient in Galileo and basic Amadeus
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Effective team player
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
