Job Description

Handle all aspects of travel. This will entail domestic, regional and international bookings.  Accommodation, flights, care hire, anything related to booking of holiday packages.  Will also be required to issue and re-issue tickets.
  • Assisting customer enquiries as per company policies. To handle the entire booking process from start to finish. 
  • Sourcing pricing from suppliers, investigating best rate availability.
  • Quoting customers.
  • Follow up calls, client retention calls.
  • Reporting to management on the above.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience in Travel Agency.
  • International travel an advantage.
  • Galileo or other GDS working experience essential.
