Travel industry experience – looking for an intermediate to senior level team member.
Experience in business development, tailor made bookings and incentives is a bonus.
A passion for travel is however vital... and we are looking for someone energetic and ready for a challenge and who, the idea of being part of something at its more infant stage and seeing it flourish, excites them.
 
Our company specialises in the Travel and Event Management space, mostly on an inbound side, but with possibilities to grow our outbound business; with a growing unique gifting section to the business - so the right person will be involved in all areas.
Allowing for variety in your day to day and allowing for learning about many different areas of the business.
 
The role will be varied and include all areas within the business, from being involved in sales and marketing, to product knowledge and proposal creation, from being involved in our social media, to doing costings and quotes.

There will also be the opportunity to assist in managing 2 junior staff, and work closely as a team to meet the desired outcomes needed.

There will be opportunities to travel, implement your own ideas, expand areas of the business, learn new skills, and have fun of course. (We work hard, we get results and we celebrate our successes)

High customer service knowledge and a passion for ensuring client satisfaction above all else.
Attention to detail is a must, as well as very good computer literacy – excel/word/ppt will be part of your daily lives…
Languages are a bonus!

General Details

Position is based in Jackal Creek Golf Estate, North Riding – so applicants need to be happy to travel here daily. Small office with only a team of 3 in the office. Flexible hours can be discussed. Flexible leave schedule.
