SENIOR CORPORATE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

A Corporate Travel Company based in Morningside Sandton requires Senior Corporate Travel Consultant. The successful individual will thrive in a high pressure environment and be committed to client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Amadeus
  • 5yrs+ experience in TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well spoken
  • Team leading ability
  • Handle Government and Corporate Accounts
  • Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
  • Good destination knowledge

  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to handle very large volumes and quick turnaround time
  • All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings
  • VMPD
  • Ticketing
  • Ticket re-issue
  • Process visas correctly and timeously
  • Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
  • Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues

Required Qualifications

  • Travel related qualification
  • Amadues Certificate
  • 3-8 years corporate travel experience in a travel management company.
