Job Description

  • Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CSR)
  • Handling of AD/ID and PEP tickets
  • Ticketing manual/automated
  • Inquiry and processing of group bookings
  • Customer Services

Required Qualifications

  • Good standard of secondary education or equivalent standard, with proficiency in Tourism.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of a major Computer Reservations System with auto ticketing preferred, and this must also include knowledge of market and industry information
  • GDS Reservations Systems experience preferred (Sabre, Amadeus preferably)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience is required in a travel agency or within an airline ticketing environment
  • Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office
  • Fluent speaking/writing in English
