Job Description

The role of Implementation Manager is primarily to project manage the implementation process of
new clients as well as the implementation of new products for existing clients.
This involves ensuring that product and sales commitments are delivered and that client
expectations are clearly defined managed and met.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience within Operations 

A comprehensive knowledge of the current processes of Implementation

Online Booking Tool knowledge

Proven success in previous roles

·         Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and staff in all areas and at all levels of the company.

·         Contribute to and understand the business plan.  Understand business decisions and seek solutions to challenges as they arise.

·         Motivated and focused to achieve individual, team and company goals

·         Occasional travel may be required

·         Adaptable due to working with the Business changing priorities

·         Ad-hoc duties may be required which require flexibility with working hours and place of work due to Company growth plans
