Job Description

3-year fixed term contract

Responsible for the Namibia Tourism Board’s (NTB’s) marketing and operational activities in the Republic of South Africa, ensuring the regional marketing strategy is effectively implemented so that the value of outbound travel from South Africa to Namibia is maximized and that targets for the area are met through the focused delivery of an Annual Work Plan for the South African market.

Salary

An appropriate market related salary package will be offered to the successful applicant based on TCTC principle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or Business Studies.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a relevant marketing management role preferably in Destination Marketing and/or managing a tourist office or related accounts at a PR and Marketing Representation Company.
