Job Description

 Passenger Services & Reservations Agent for an international airline based at ORTambo Int. Airport.
  • Handling of face to face, telephonic and email reservations.
  • Ticketing / Manual Fare Builds / Groups / Reissuing / Refunds / Date Changes / EMD’s & Excess Baggage processing.
  • General Customer Services & Assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years International Ticketing Experience
  • GDS Reservations System training (Amadeus, Galileo or Gabriel preferable).
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
  • Must be fluent in speaking / writing English
