Required Qualifications

  • Travel Diploma.
  • Galileo (Smartpoint) + Quicktrav Essential
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a corporate travel management company environment.

General Details

  • Must be operational on Galileo(Smartpoint) + Quicktrav
  • Issue full domestic and beginner point to point reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
  • Accurately complete all reissues
  • Ability to complete refunds
  • Knowledge of corporate fares / Low cost carriers
  • Fully conversant with paperless procedures
  • Full alignment to TWF’s policies and procedures
  • Beginners, intermediate and advanced fares course
  • Ticketing course
  • Business acumen
  • Customer service
  • Sound geographical knowledge
  • Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies, procedures and service level agreements
  • The ability to problem solve
  • A client centric mentality, with service consistency
  • Ability to build customer relationships
