Job Description

Main Purpose

Imagine a system that allows anyone to become a travel agent, for free, in under 30 seconds that makes the agent more competitive than any traditional agency in the market. FlightSite Agent is making travel easy and revolutionizing the travel industry with amazing technology. The main objective of this role is to create travel entrepreneurs through supporting signed up agents to become transactional. Contacting agents on a regular basis to follow up and obtain feedback from them and assisting agents with any issues or queries they may have regarding the system or their bookings. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Activate non-transacting agents 
  • Communicate with non-transacting agents to find out reason for poor performance and assist with any issues 
  • Get feedback from agents on competition/market trends and pass the information on to the Operations Leader. 
  • Ensure that all agents understand payment options
  • Train non-transacting agents on new FlightSite Agent products and
  • Co-ordinate with sales team to ensure sales visit
  • Analyse and recommend new sales strategies to management, to achieve projected revenue targets through efficient and professional utilization of all available resources. 
  • Track sales performance of each agent
  • Assist agents with offline bookings if required
  • Assist agents with re-issues

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient on Galileo 
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) with a flair for selling. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good Team Management skills
