Job Description

We are recruiting Africa Travel Coordinator!

In this role, you will be supporting our Sales Consultants by ensuring that all customers receive e-documentation within a specified period of time.

This includes sales administration, reconfirmation of all services, toll-free call and enquiry management, as well as reception relief.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric (essential)
  • Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism (advantageous)
  • Travel coordination or administration experience (advantageous)
  • E-mail and telephonic communication experience (advantageous)
  • Quality assurance experience (advantageous)
