The role encompasses all aspects of running each program from first enquiry to final post-tour reports. Design, plan, cost exceptional itineraries to meet clients' needs and budget. Carry out site inspections and travel with groups when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Essential to this position is at least seven years Inbound experience  with the emphasis on Groups and Incentives. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly computer literate and have the ability to 'close the sale.'

In-depth knowledge of high-end destinations within South and Southern Africa a must. Creative itinerary planning and costing know-how essential.

Must be a self-starter, problem solver and great team player!
