Job Description

Boutique and exciting agency seeks a dynamic and engaged product expert to liaise with our international resorts, secure specials and load rates into our booking system. The role will entail international travel as well as regular product training & update on specials. 

Salary

Salary - market related

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in travel
  • Galileo or Amadeus certificate
  • Superior command of the English language in both written and spoken form
  • Exceptional presentation skills 
  • Superior destination knowledge
  • Passion for travel

General Details

Responsibilities Include
  • Sourcing of rates, contracts and specials from various resorts internationally 
  • Loading of rates & stop sells to our system
  • Rate reconfirmations or manual calculations
  • Identifying specials for marketing & social media
  • Dealing with day to day product questions and queries
  • Resolving disputes or issues with resorts
  • Training and product updates to consultants
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8h30 to 17h00
