Ticketing Consultant (Permanent) Kwazulu Natal- Westville -Ticketing

Job Description

The successful candidate will complete a team of 5 dedicated to servicing the ticketing needs of Pentravel's 30 stores country wide.

Besides issuing airtickets, you will be required to process refunds and reissues.

Salary

Basic salary plus incentive, provident fund and 13th cheque (based on performance)

Required Qualifications

  • Matric
  • At least 2 years working on Amadeus GDS  in a travel industry enviroment.
  • Ticketing & Fares course an advantage but not essential

Location

Westville

General Details

Working on a 9h30 to 18h00 shift most days as well as rostered tp work on saturdays and public holidays.
