Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice and booking services directly to clients This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs. Issuing tickets on Amadeus whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. You must be able to assist, delegate and inspire our team of consultants. Good track record & employment references is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience at a Senior level
  • Ability to think and action tasks independantly
  • Strong geography, destination and product knowledge
  • GDS proficient (preferably Amadeus)
  • Strong Sales focus, highly experienced in the leisure sector with strong leadership skills
  • Strong ability to delegate tasks to team and to assist team by guiding them
  • Approachable personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about travel and people
  • Computer literate (Excel; Office)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to excel under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
