Job Description

This position is for someone who is passionate about booking and managing flights. The Groups Flight Consultant is responsible for booking group flights and supporting the Incentives and conferencing team with flights.

Required Qualifications

·                Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Diploma in Travel and Tourism)

·                At least 5 year’s experience in the travel/ events/ conferencing industry

·                Extensive Galileo experience – at senior consultant level

·                Experience in conferencing

·                Incentive experience an advantage

·                Proactive with good organisational skills

·                Good people skills / Client service skills

·                Own car and drivers licence

·                Must be able to be on site and stay overnight during clients functions

·                Must have a good understanding of Excel (management of Registration list)
