After-Hours Ticketing Consultant (Permanent) Western Cape- Tygervalley -Ticketing

Job Description

Main Purpose

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the online booking company, Flightsite, issuing tickets on Amadeus and Galileo whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for manual fare builds, recalculations as well as auto pricing in Amadeus and Galileo.
  • Issuing tickets on low cost carriers (Safair, Mango Airlines)
  • Access fare rules and apply the rules to the changes made on the air ticket.
  • Ensure all ticketing documentation is in place before issuing.
  • Maintain Ticketing processes and procedures to ensure quick accurate delivery
  • Working as a team with other colleagues.
  • Issuing of EMD's according to consultants instructions.
  • Adhering to ticketing deadlines

 

Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 year ticketing experience on an Intermediate level
  • Proficient in Amadeus and Galileo
  • Strong knowledge of International fares
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Effective team player
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
