Job Description

Reservations & Ticketing Agent for international airline based in Randburg.
  • Handling of face to face, telephonic and email reservations.
  • Ticketing / Manual Fare Builds / Groups / Reissuing / Refunds / Date Changes / EMD’s & Excess Baggage processing.
  • General Customer Services & Assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years Travel / International Ticketing Experience
  • Galileo GDS Reservations System training & experience required (Amadeus or Gabriel would be an advantage).
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing English. French would also be an advantage.
