To convert incoming calls to sales and provide assistance to direct clients as required

Required Qualifications

  • Travel and Tourism diploma/degree essential
  • Amadeus reservation and fares knowledge
  • Ticketing knowledge is an advantage
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
  • Experience in a similar position with an airline is preferred
  • French/Portuguese speaking is an advantage
  • Competencies: Communication skills; Sales skills; Customer Service orientation; Teamwork;
  • Technical Skills and Competence
