Job Description

Intermediate/Senior Corporate Travel Consultant required for Tourvest Franchise Partner. 

Be able to work in young company. Need to assist clients via email and telephonically. Ascertain clients needs and advise suitable products and services. Prepare and process quotes within designated turnaround time. Follow up on quotes after 24hours. Advise clients regarding passports, accommodation, visas, forex, car hires, parking etc. Work in high pressure environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Amadeus proficient
  • Min 5 years corporate consulting experience
  • Strong geographical, destination and product knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing
  • Outgoing with excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • EMD, re-issue and re-routings
  • Team player and team-leading ability
