Job Description

Thompsons Travel is looking for a Senior Corporate Consultant – Emergency / AH, who has experience in client servicing and has outstanding customer service skills.  Suitable candidates will assist customers after hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in corporate travel environment
  • Travel or Tourism Certificate
  • Online proficiency and experience
  • Amadeus GDS and Quicktrav experience required
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Extensive global product and geographical travel knowledge
  • Practical working experience with Amadeus and fares and ticketing experience
  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Results orientated
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Must be a team player
