Job Description

Tours:

Make quotations and itineraries of tours in South Africa and Victoria Falls using TourPlan.

Arrangement of tours in South Africa using TourPlan and the rest of Southern Africa using our various partners.

Make the necessary invoices using TourPlan.

Travel: 

Make reservations and issue invoices to the clients.

Follow up on collection of payments in case of credit clients.

Ensure collection of funds from clients before issuing of tickets for non-credit clients

Client seeks a candidate who can speak Japanese, have Amadeus experience (doesn't have to be proficient) and can use TourPlan.
