Job Description

Company is looking for a Senior Leisure Travel Consultant for Johannesburg,  who has experience in converting leads and closing sales.  Suitable candidates will work in an exciting sales driven environment, which rewards achievers.

Salary

R10- R15 000 per month with Medical aid, provident fund, commission.

Required Qualifications

Matric qualification.

Travel or Tourism Certificate.

Minimum 4 years selling holiday packages in retail leisure travel environment.

Amadeus GDS and Quicktrav experience preferable.

Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook, Office.

Able to meet sales targets and perform under pressure.

Proven sales record.

Extensive global product and geographical travel knowledge.

Practical working experience with Amadeus and fares and ticketing experience.

High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Able to meet deadlines.

Strong administrative skills.

Results orientated.

Strong organisational abilities.

Must be a team player.
