Job Description

Handling all Ad hoc groups: rate negotiations, booking accommodation and services as required, prepare proposals, prepare costings and operational packages, group operations.  Brochure Planning: rate negotiations, annual allocations, annual brochure costings, itineraries, tour manuals, timed itineraries, extra services, tariff exports, upgraded documentation and any other documentation, etc., required.

Plan and execute itineraries for each Group. Ensure coaches, restaurants, flights, transport and guides are booked.  Operate Group tours when needed.

Required Qualifications

Travel Diploma.

Special Interest Groups & Incentive consulting experience at a high intermediate to senior level in an inbound tour-operating environment for a minimum of 5 years.

Experience in hosting Special Interest Groups.

Team work, and also be autonomous when require.

Office/administration work skills and salesmanship.

On the ground operations and quality control.

Good English communication and writing skills.

Knowledge of inbound Tour Operating procedures.
