Job Description

Vacancies exists in Cape Town for two Passenger Sales Executives (GSA position with Afro Asian Travel) to represent Singapore Airlines to both the travel industry and corporate clients in the Western  and Eastern Cape. The job will entail servicing the travel trade as well as seeking out new and looking after existing corporate clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Airline or travel industry experience in a sales or reservations role will be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills, sales techniques, planning, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Requires analytical skills to make us of a broad range of data and information.
  • Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge essential. 
  • Knowledge of Amadeus an advantage.  
  • Code 8 drivers license and a reliable motor vehicle are essential. 
  • Mandarin an advantage.

This is a GSA position with Afro Asian Travel,a subsiduary of Tourvest.  The sucessful candidate will be employed by Afro Asian Travel but represent Singapore Airlines.
