Job Description

The position of Debtors Controller will be responsible for managing debtors  and ensure clients SLA agreements are met and that the structure. The management of the monthly debtor’s age and overview, weekly client invoice delivery, monthly mailing of client statements, receipting of monies paid and debtor query management will be the main focus of this position

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience within Travel Management Company
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a Debtors Management environment, managing 5 or accounts
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Good People and System Management Skills
  • Diploma in Finance
  • Quicktrav and Papertrail essential
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel skill
  • Problem solver
  • Good Training Skills
  • Good understanding of company processes
  • Good communication skills (telephonic, email, fax, interpersonal)
  • Able to work in a group or as individual
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
