Job Description

Management of Debtors Controllers ensuring deadlines are met and high quality work is sent out to all clients according to each individual Service Level Agreement.

Ensure contingency plan is in place should any staff member not be present, for client commitments to be met.

Monthly Age Analysis split with Team goals and cashflow projections to be done by no later than 2 days after month end close off.

Debtor Reports to be updated and communicated to management daily.

Notify Management of any potential Bad Debt or other Risk to the company.

Notification to Management, Sales & Operations with any client changes/ requests pertaining to standard operations.

Ensure Daily-, Weekly-, & Monthly Client invoice, report, and statement deliverables are met timeously and within prescribed delivery deadlines.

Turnaround time on queries per client SLA or Company Policy to be maintained.

Resolution documents and communication to be shared with management for client feedback after investigation of complaints/ queries.

R20 000 per month

Required Qualifications

Matric.

Financial qualification.

Minimum 5 Years’ experience within Travel Management Company.

Minimum 3 years’ experience within Debtors environment, managing 5 or more debtor controllers.

Minimum 3 Years previous management experience essential. 

Excellent Time Management skills.

Good People and System Management Skills.

Quicktrav and Papertrail essential.

Intermediate to Advance Excel skill.
