Retaining and grow existing clients through Customer Relationship Management.

Required Qualifications

Requirements and Key Responsibilities

  • Travel experience (Corporate) – consulting minimum 5 years
  • Key Accounts Manager experience: minimum 2 years
  • Must be able to grow existing accounts that are not performing
  • Presentations both Compilation and presenting
  • Service Level Implementation and Management
  • 100% retention rate of  various Account Portfolio
  • Corporate product and working closely with the MD and product Manager to increase corporate offering to clients
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Writing reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiate Corporate Rates on behalf of clients with Suppliers 
  • Offer System Solutions to streamline the Booking Processes 
  • Arrange PA Workshops to educate Travel bookers
