Job Description

  • To handle daily group quotes with both hotel and air.
  • Liaise with DMC
  • Produce Itineraries and flight bookings for groups
  • Manage clients day to day expectations on all facet of group quotes and bookings
  • Will be required to work on the companies internal travel system. (training given)
  • Contract and Invoicing of all group bookings
  • Will report directly to groups manager

Required Qualifications

Non negotiable requirements
  • MS and Excel efficient
  • Indian Ocean Islands knowledge a must
  • Europe and America knowledge being an added bonus
  • Strong Incentive/Event management experience
  • Strong negotiation and Sales skills telephonically
  • Handle pressure
  • Team player
