Job Description

Structure and present OBT presentations to new on-line business clientele.

On-line presentation to existing clientele with intention to migrate existing traditional client business to online.

Align the Cape Town office with the head Office online strategy, supported by the company’s Business Systems Manager and the Business systems support team.

Daily management and control of the Online consulting cluster: staff performance, client service, operational infrastructure, ensuring high standards of customer support and company business processes and procedures are effective and efficient.

On-line client management and retention.

Ensuring MIS info is integrated and continuously updated ensuring clients have access to on-line reporting.

Drawing up of clients service level agreements ( where applicable).

Ensuring all corporate agreement are in place and built into the OBT as well as the Clients travel policy (incorporating traveller’s profiles, corporate agreement and company information).

Updating of monthly management reports, ensuring all new clients are added onto the online client list.

Management reporting of client spend, ensuring updated progress is reported highlighting customer satisfaction, operational challenged and staffing concerns.

Training of clients re: travel policies and procedures, suppliers agreements and general product knowledge in conjunction with the dedicated Key Account Managers.

Ensuring up to date knowledge of Online booking tool enhancements, system updates, products and services.

Participate in all company management meetings strategy sessions and team builds.

Salary

R35 000 per month

Required Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum 10 years travel industry experience with a minimum of 6 years corporate consulting experience.

3 to 5 year’s management experience of up to 10 on line support travel consultants on a corporate floor consisting of all levels of skilled staff from junior consultant’s to team leaders.

Strong Business and financial acumen.

Strong leadership and people skills.

Strong Systems and Technical skills.

Experience in sales and account management.

Excellent presentation (power point), written and verbal skill required.

Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management System.

Strong Administration skills.

Excellent Time management.

Excellent problem solving abilities.
