Required Qualifications

  • Ensure the smooth running of the financial and BSP processes
  • Expert knowledge of BSP
  • Quicktrav knowledge essential
  • GDS exposure an advantage
  • Approximately seven years financial / BSP travel industry experience
  • Travel or Tourism Certificate
  • Finance / Bookkeeping Diploma an advantage
  • Fully PC literate – MS Office Applications
  • Intermediate Excel essential
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Good geographical travel knowledge
  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
